We are ready for the reopening of our hotel! We have prepared the new sanitation procedures, in line with the indications and protocols of the Italian Health Authorities and WHO, to guarantee the safety of our guests and collaborators, integrating them with our rigorous hygiene and cleaning standards. We want to share some information in order to make you feel even more secure and protected while staying at our facility.

All people who access our facility use our main entrance where your temperature will be detected and the use of the mask will be required, which is mandatory in all common areas. It is possible to perform web check-in so as to reduce the stay in the lobby and limit direct contacts with the front office and pre-pay for your stay by bank transfer.
Our breakfast room is closed to the public. Breakfast will be served in the room and to each guest will be served a disposable box made of eco-friendly material with individually packaged products inside. The breakfast box consists of a hot drink, a pastry item (choice of croissants, muffins, donuts ...), a biscuit or cake (choice of maxi-cookie, slice of tart, plum cake ....), a cold drink (choice of water or juice) and a delicacy (choice of fruit salad, yoghurt, cereals, among others ....). Breakfast is not included in the room rate as standard rule (unless different specific agreements that may apply) and can be purchased separately and booked the night before or the same morning. For any further information or clarification we are at your disposal as always.
Objects and furnishings such as foot warmers and decorative cushions, pens, cards, brochures and hotel directories have been removed from the rooms to ensure greater security. Rooms and common areas are cleaned and sanitized exclusively with products certified with medical and surgical equipment. Cushions, mattresses, curtains and surfaces are sanitized with GERMO-CID®, registered with medical aid and certified against the Corona Virus family. Particular attention is paid to cleaning of the main contact points: door handles, switches, TV remote controls, telephones , lift buttons, handrails. For your convenience, you will find sanitizing gel inside the room at your disposal. An appropriate sign on the door indicates that your room has been sanitized and kept vacant for 24 hrs after it.
Yes, because the mask is mandatory, always! You will find protective barriers at the reception, behind which there will be our usual welcome and all the signs of our warmest courtesy. There are columns with sanitizing dispensers at the entrance of the hall, floor elevators, breakfast room and on each floor, near the elevators.
